Responsibilities:
1. To develop and improve the recruiting process
2. Development and evaluation of recruitment channels, management and maintenance of recruitment channels to ensure the timely meet the recruitment needs;
3. To plan, organize and implement recruitment activities;
4. Responsible for the personnel selection process: review CV, arranging interviews;
5. staff recruitment, retention of the case tracking and analysis, effective recruitment assessment and adjustment of recruitment;
6. to complete other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor tasks.
Requirements:
1.3 years experience in recruitment related charge;
2. Familiar with the recruitment channels of information, and is rich in resources. Able to skillfully use of personnel selection and selection tools;
3. Understand the talent market Beijing software industry, salary structure, benefits, learn about software, features of the Internet industry;
4. A strong ability to know people, communication skills, good organizational skills ;
