Customer Service Specialist

Requirements:
 1 Education: College degree or above
 2, the language requirements: the image of a dignified, able to use fluent, standard Mandarin.
 3, computer skills: 40 words / min or more, and are familiar with operation of common office software. Have some basic knowledge of computer networks.
 4, listening skills: able to clearly understand the connotation of words and make other appropriate response.
 5, Quality: Excellent oral skills, service orientation and service attitude, strong team to make sense of the expression with good communication, coordination and management ability, relevant work experience preferred
